Legal
Terms of use.
These terms govern your use of superteamau.com and the programs we run. They're written plainly because legal documents shouldn't read like riddles.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of au.superteam.fun, together with any related websites, applications, communication channels, forms, events, programs and services operated by or on behalf of Superteam Australia (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or participate in any Superteam Australia programs, events or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, members, applicants, contributors, volunteers, event attendees and other users of the Site, regardless of whether you have created an account or become a member of Superteam Australia.
Certain services, events, grants, bounties, competitions, hackathons, educational programs or other initiatives operated by Superteam Australia may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Where additional terms apply, they supplement these Terms and will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you interact with the Site or participate in our programs. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Membership
Superteam Australia is an invite-only community with a deliberately limited membership. There is no standard application process, and no two paths to membership are the same. Becoming a Superteam member is not a title you apply for. It is something you earn through meaningful contribution to the ecosystem.
Our community is made up of people contributing in different ways. Builders ship products and advance the technology. Creatives shape the narrative and distribution. Operators and community leaders bring people together. Capital allocators back the next generation of teams. Institutions implement real-world use cases. Policy and ecosystem leaders help create the conditions for long-term growth.
Different roles, same principle: contribution. That contribution may include building products, supporting founders, investing in teams, integrating blockchain into real-world systems, advancing policy, growing the community or creating meaningful opportunities for others within the ecosystem.
We look for proof of work over titles. Membership may be offered by Superteam Australia to individuals who demonstrate meaningful contribution, alignment with our values and a commitment to growing the ecosystem. Expressing interest in joining, participating in community activities or engaging with Superteam Australia does not guarantee membership.
Members are expected to act with integrity, treat others with respect and comply with these Terms, our Code of Conduct and any applicable program, event or community guidelines. We may suspend or revoke membership where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the safety of the community, maintain the integrity of our programs, investigate suspected misconduct, comply with applicable law or protect the reputation of Superteam Australia.
Membership is personal to you and must not be transferred or assigned to another person. Membership, participation in community programs, attendance at events, receipt of grants or bounties, or collaboration with ecosystem partners does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, agency or joint venture relationship between you and Superteam Australia. This version also avoids contractions like "isn't", which is generally better for legal terms while still keeping the tone approachable.
Relationship with the Superteam Network
Superteam Australia is the Australian chapter of the global Superteam network. We work closely with the broader Superteam community, the Solana ecosystem and a range of ecosystem partners to support founders, builders, creators, operators, institutions and other contributors across Australia.
Superteam Australia may collaborate with the Solana Foundation, other regional Superteam communities, ecosystem partners, sponsors, event organisers and third-party service providers from time to time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, each of these organisations operates independently. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between Superteam Australia and any other Superteam organisation, the Solana Foundation or any ecosystem partner.
References to opportunities, grants, programs, events or services provided by third parties are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or representation by Superteam Australia.

You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights to submit, your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any other person or organisation.
We may remove User Content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, our Code of Conduct or applicable law.
